This booking is for a 30 minute Body Stress Release session. Maintenance is very important as our bodies are subjected to different types of stress daily. We encourage you to keep your body in a state where it's able to deal with and adapt to stress rather than to book releases only when you feel the consequences of locked-in stress. For example: pain, tension or discomfort.
The intervals between releases are important as we monitor how the body is responding and decide on the structure of future booking based on the progress made.
The standard booking schedule is as follows:
Release 1 - Day 1
Release 2 - Day 4
Release 3 - Day 11
Release 4 - Dependant on progress
Maintenance - Once a month
