Incudes a 30 minute consultation, followed by a 30 minute Body Stress Release session.

This appointment should be scheduled for 3 days after the first session on day 4. It includes a 30 minute Body Stress Release session.

Maintenance Appointment
This booking is for a 30 minute Body Stress Release session. Maintenance is very important as our bodies are subjected to different types of stress daily. We encourage you to keep your body in a state where it's able to deal with and adapt to stress rather than to book releases only when you feel the consequences of locked-in stress. For example: pain, tension or discomfort.
